With a growing suite of products and services, the company required a friendly, approachable, and charming personality to guide their customers. This led to the creation of Stella, the effervescent, clever, and thoughtful brand ambassador of PowerSync.

Origin Story

Stella is an optimistic and service-oriented team member who possesses exceptional intelligence and a deep understanding of PowerSync and its products.

Stella has a unique talent for making others feel understood and valued, which makes her highly popular among the people she encounters. Her conversational style is casual, positive, and filled with quick wit. She often uses puns to engage with others in a lighthearted way ("Having four arms sure comes in handy”).

Character Sketches

The mascot creation began with pencil sketches. We explored various creatures that could embody the company mascot. Flying squirrels, intelligent insects, luminous mentors, and quirky robots were all considered. While each creature possessed compatible gifts and traits with PowerSync, a charming, four-armed, rolling robot was selected.
