The City of Los Angeles launched a campaign to spread awareness regarding the availability of COVID-19 vaccinations to residents who wanted to receive one.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, much information was available to the public about when and how they could get vaccinated. Created for residents who wanted to receive the vaccine, a campaign was designed to answer common questions about eligibility, costs, and benefits. QR codes were used to make it easier to schedule an appointment.

The goal was to craft a brand campaign that exuded honesty, hopefulness, and a call to action. The campaign needed to speak to the community with respect and encouragement rather than a condescending tone. The visual elements of the campaign were centered around positive and empowering symbols.
